Falniowskia neglectissima (Falniowski et Šteffek, 1989) is a species of freshwater snail with an operculum, an aquatic gastropod mollusk in the family Hydrobiidae, the snouted freshwater snails.

This species occurs in Southern Poland and Slovakia.

Habitat

This snail lives in springs.
